My 300 points have arrived today and an e-mail telling me they have done a manual override. Also telling me to make sure I do all of them next time - I'm resisting the temptation to send a sarcastic reply.julest105 said:

I got an answer by e-mail today. They said I was missing the last entry for the Saturday and the points are credited automatically if they are all there (like rpstdavids says). I looked at the app again and it was showing as answered. Best guess is that the upload failed so it hasn't registered at their end. I told them this and asked them to manually override. How are yours doing fluffig, julest105 ?I need to think of something new here...2 -

I had an invite to start today as well. I had the same but it has just appeared. However last time this happened I never got to take part in it as it never showed up.XDA said:

Hoping someone can help me! I have finally got the Unaddressed Survey appearing in the app. However, when I click on Daily Item Volumes to enter today's zero receipt, I get a bar with today's date in it and a Save button but clicking on the date does nothing. I also tried clicking on the Save and that did nothing too!
Any ideas?0 -

Thanks, I've tried that and no joy. I've restarted my phone and also no joy. I'll keep trying. I've emailed Spectos as the options for raising tickets are abysmal and there is nothing there relevant. I don't expect a reply anytime soon!jaybee said:

I've been doing this since Sept, have cashed in £100 of vouchers, but pleased to be going on to a rest period. Wonder if the presentation pack will be forthcoming without a reminder...
