Yeah they have told me exactly the same thing. I've sent a screenshot of completed week. You would of thought the penny would of dropped, as its happened to a few of us? Not happy!

My 300 points have arrived today and an e-mail telling me they have done a manual override.  Also telling me to make sure I do all of them next time - I'm resisting the temptation to send a sarcastic reply.

I had the same but it has just appeared. However last time this happened I never got to take part in it as it never showed up.

Hoping someone can help me! I have finally got the Unaddressed Survey appearing in the app. However, when I click on Daily Item Volumes to enter today's zero receipt, I get a bar with today's date in it and a Save button but clicking on the date does nothing. I also tried clicking on the Save and that did nothing too!
Any ideas?

I find that I have to keep on pressing on the 'date' button until it eventually works.

Thanks, I've tried that and no joy. I've restarted my phone and also no joy. I'll keep trying. I've emailed Spectos as the options for raising tickets are abysmal and there is nothing there relevant. I don't expect a reply anytime soon!

I've been doing this since Sept, have cashed in £100 of vouchers, but pleased to be going on to a rest period. Wonder if the presentation pack will be forthcoming without a reminder...
