    I finished on Saturday as well and the 300 points were credited as soon as I entered the last days info.

    Same here.  Points ae coming in for everything else.  I'll give them 72 hours or so...
    I got an answer by e-mail today.  They said I was missing the last entry for the Saturday and the points are credited automatically if they are all there  (like rpstdavids says).   I looked at the app again and it was showing as answered.  Best guess is that the upload failed so it hasn't registered at their end.  I told them this and asked them to manually override.  How are yours doing fluffig, julest105 ?
    Yeah they have told me exactly the same thing. I've sent a screenshot of completed week. You would of thought the penny would of dropped, as its happened to a few of us? Not happy!
  • It all seems very strange at the moment, sort of Twilight Zone!! I was always busy with Kantar, then Spectos came along and I'm sending nothing and reciving one item a month(ish). They initialy thought I was on a break (I wasn't!) so I messaged and they said it was a mistake and they'd take me off it! All seems very strange.... I wonder what's being said in the Spectos / Royal Mail board rooms about it all, I bet Kantar are having a good chuckle at all this!!

    Just as a warning ⚠️ for others going on holiday. I have received test letters whilst I’ve been away. Despite reporting my holiday dates in advance as they request!

    I keep getting reminders to post - and then notification that I haven't posted - a test item that I never received.

    I have had something similar about 3 times. When I click on the notification nothing is there. I just ignore it.

    I forgot to scan the QR code on the manifest today before I handed the bundle over to the post office, so I went to enter it when I got home. For the last delivery time, there is a not sure/not displayed option with a mandatory photo of plate in order to proceed. So they’ve had a lovely photo of a blank piece of paper, because that was the only way I could enter the item.
    I wonder how long it will take them to notice.
    Even with all the blips though I still prefer Spectos to Kantar
    All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

    Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

    The issue wasn’t the code. It was them wanting a photo of something that I didn’t have to complete the entry.

    I had the same issue but only because there was no sign up at the P.O. regarding the last collection times. I took a photo of the outside of the P.O. to complete my entry. I logged it as an issue and they have now closed the ticket but they never got back to me to say what to do in this situation.

    I had an invite to start the unaddressed mail survey today, but there is no unaddressed mail survey on my app. 

    Does this show up later or is it the same as last time when they  asked everyone  but  not followed through as they’d overinvited? 

     Edited to add, it miraculously appeared while I was posting this.
