Looking at some of the earlier posts - when we go on our rest break do we lose our accumulated points if we don’t cash them in? Thanks

Mine was showing Planned surveys 1 Open surveys 1 on first day and I could input.

Then it changed Tues-Thurs to Planned surveys 0 Open surveys 0, but was actually still there! so I could still input.
Then yesterday it changed to Planned surveys 1 Open Surveys 0, but again was actually still there so I could input.

I don’t understand why they have so many software problems if they’ve been doing the same things in other countries for years🤷🏼‍♀️

No. You can still accumulate more points by doing the surveys when offered.

No you don't lose your points and will hopefully get invitations to correctly delivered and unaddressed mail surveys still, so a chance to earn more points.

Flying Scotsman presentation pack too

Same happened to me 3x the amount of stamps, they stated there would be, in the accompanying letter + Flying Scotsman pack 🙂

I’m also still waiting for June stamps, been away for a week was hoping they’d be here on my return but alas not. Now to wait 3 weeks for their reply 😂

At last! Just noticed there is a wider range of subjects available in the drop down menu when you are creating a ticket.
Great improvement.

My finishing pack arrived  today - I got Tutankhamen.   Which I do think is an attractive set and contains useful values so I'd rather have that than Flying Scotsman.  OK - I would have preferred Blackadder if I'd had a choice   

And 3 more books - including a massive history of the railways in Britain...
