Spectos/Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

Anyone had this month's stamps yet , are they sent at the end of the month ?
Remember I got double this time last month but not sure which months they covered 
Think it was April and May .

I'm in the correctly delivered survey, and have been showing as in for weeks but I didn't ask to join it. I have no idea why or what's going on anymore, I did message weeks ago to ask, but that ticket is still sat there with no reply.

I'll just keep entering anything I receive in to the app, and should I ever have anything to send then I'll send it. I'm now only doing these essentials in the hope that they just need time to get themselves together. As it's been so rubbish for so long that I don't really feel a contributor anymore and have lost most my interest in helping!

Probably should add, in the last six months(ish) I've had about 3 items to post, and received about 10, only about the one pack with just a couple of stamps!

I started the unaddressed mail survey on 23/6 but the pictures have still not loaded (28/6). Have tried 3 different devices. I can record the numbers received but don’t know if any are the designated items. I emailed and raised a ticket but no response to either. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I raised a ticket on 14th June and today got the response below 

Dear X,

Thank you for your message, we are sorry for the delayed response.

The stamps for June have been sent in a separate letter, please ignore the

information on the posting plan.  

Please accept our apologies for  the confusion caused by this.

I'm officially on break since 2nd June but haven't received presentation pack yet. And even thought I'm on a break, I'm still receiving items/have items to post (the last planned posting I know of is for 3rd July, so a month after my rest period started).

My rest period started on Mon 19 June. Presentation pack & final June stamps received on Fri 23 June. 

I’m also still receiving items but no more planned to post.

Rest started & notified on 19th June, presentation pack received 24th June

I've signed up to spectos while the kantar one was shutting down. Since then I've received the odd few letters every couple weeks and had to post couple mailing bags. Received the points etc but what's the deal with the stamps now with Spectos? Is the stamp rewards still the same presentation pack at start then the normal 12 stamps per month and another presentation pack at the end of the stint?

I have completed. the latest UA survey and yet again the 300 points still not  credited to my account. I completed this survey over a week ago. 

Now on checking the app I have been advised to expect a bundle and says  needs to be sent on a date in July. However I have never been advised I am on the live panel. Does this mean I am starting on the live panel?
