Thanks, but Im not very happy to use an ebay advert that probably isnt authorised to resell the service, and provides no business seller information on the listing. Hes probably booking it onto his office courier account or something.

I would be worried about shipping valuable electronic goods with a private individual.

Any other ideas that have a website?

We've used them for that service and was fine.

Just explained to the buyer that they had to provide a business address or one where someone is guaranteed to be in, otherwise if the first delivery attempt failed they have to pay for another or collect from the depot.

What we send is valuable but not really desirable, so I can see where you are coming from. If you go back over the last couple of pages I've listed the other European options.

EDIT: if you want reliability, I've plugged them before but Express Packages Deliveries have been brilliant. We send 3-4 parcels a week to Ireland with them and have also sent to Cyrpus and other places, your have to email Richard for a quote but his responses are quick and helpful. If your sending quite weighty items there especially good as its a flat rate up to 30kg

OK - http://www.worldwide-parcelservices.co.uk/ are £55 - anyone have the 10% discount code that they mention?

    http://www.transglobal.org.uk/ were also competitive.

Afraid not. Use them to send Australia. All fine.

Insurance up to £60 is included, upgrading costs £10 which I think takes it to £500

Had a 3 week problem with PPW when DHL 'lost' my parcel and Lisa was helping sort out. I must have called PPW 20 times but they never once rung me back to update. Anyway, called one of the Directors yesterday (number in one of the earlier posts) and got a call back from Yevette in 30 secs and full refund 15 mins after. Will use them again, but hope their customer service improves.

They do seem to have upped their game over the last few days....

...but still waiting on £49.05 worth of rebates though!
