Quite surprised to find cadbury's dvent calenders at Morrisons on Friday for £1 each but don't know how long the offer will be on for. I don't usually shop at morrisons as I find it expensive and difficult to get to but a friend was going there and gave me a lift.

I’m not usually a brand snob but fizzy cola has to be either Pepsi max or Diet Coke. I got an 8 pack of Pepsi max just under 2 weeks ago £3.50 now it’s £4. It’s getting to the point I can no longer justify the price. I’d rather go without which I guess isn’t a bad thing. Especially as Tesco own Fanta and Sprite are 4 for £1

Chappie at Asda is a good price but again it is a mixed case.
Only 8 tins of original (which is fish based) the other 16 are chicken. my old girl does well on fish so sadly won't be getting that deal. I have no idea how she would react to the chicken: really not worth the risk .Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

If you get those “choose two” personalised Waitrose vouchers, try choosing the highest value ones and using them whether or not you’ve bought the items. Works for me.Auntycaz said:Very surprised to see cheapest place for Ecover 42 wash washing liquid bio and non bio was in Waitrose at £6.66 especially as I had a voucher for £2.50 off in my my waitrose offers.

This was us but we've trained our taste to Aldi's zx cola for 47p. Trained so well that actual coke tastes a bit wrong to me now!sarahj1986 said:I’m not usually a brand snob but fizzy cola has to be either Pepsi max or Diet Coke.5 -
I gave up all fizzy drinks some years ago when I was diagnosed as type 2 diabetic. I thought I'd miss them but I don't and now prefer a drink of water any day. Better for my health and weight and it's one less thing to spend money on!
Be kind to others and to yourself too.4 -

I bought a pack of 3 chicken legs from M&S about a fortnight ago and they were £1.20 (normal price) - I will have to go again to see if the price has increased to £1.45 or if the price varies by store? Unlikely I feel.cbsexec said:Made a very rare visit to marks today and was amazed to get a pack of chicken legs for £1.45Books read 2023 - 49/752 -
