Has there been any progress on this case? I'm interested as I got a PCN at the same car park last week and will be starting my own thread here for advice .. but keen to see how this case is progressing.
There has been a number of other claims by this notorious ex clamper that have been successfully defended. The car parks have been in the Jewellery Quarter and near to the Hippodrome. All very similar in the fact that the signage was poor,  the car parks badly maintained and the equipment was faulty. I think that one forum member was called jimsnap.

    Hello,

Sorry to resurrect an old thread; but I still have not had correspondence since end of 2022/start of 2023

I have moved house, and had Royal Mail redirect for 1 year which has now come to an end. Should I wait in hopes they will email instead of post regarding any further proceedings, or should I actively email them regarding new correspondence address, and subsequently, possibly bump this old case to their attention? I know they can no longer chase you after 6 years, so only another 3.5 years to go haha.

OMG you moved and yet didn't tell them your new address?! Just relied on (unreliable) Royal Mail redirection? That's risking a default CCJ.

     Sort that out immediately.

Oops I thought Royal Mail redirect would have been very useful. I do move around a bit so I guess I'll have to email them to make sure all correspondence is via email rather than post in the future

No, you guess wrong. In fact that's how this person got a CCJ, which was avoidable:

I have a reply from Gladstones saying they've updated my address but won't erase my previous one.

Personally I would have emailed the DPO at the parking company as well as Gladstones

Keep copies of all correspondence and paperwork safe until after the 6 year deadline

Normal. Glad you updated your address for service though. Phew!
