If you haven't received payment, and you are sure that you have met all the criteria to receive it, then I suggest that you telephone them on 0345 835 7838.0

Higher powers must've given the nod.moneysavinggirl40 said:
didn't call them back, but checked my account the next morning. Payment has gone in, also got a call from him to say it's gone in that morning.OceanSound said:
Call them back before he calls back. Chances are it'll be a different staff member who is not a jobsworth and don't refer anything and everything to higher powers.moneysavinggirl40 said:I called them and was left holding for a long time whilst he went away and checked, x3 times, just going to check so I'm going to put you on hold is that ok? grrr.. only to be told they need to query (why I hadn't been given the incentive even though I had gone through all the hoops) with higher powers. But higher powers go home at 5pm and it's likely to be next week. He's taken my phone number and will call me, I will have to go through security questions, hmm already sounds dodgy.
When he called, did he happen to mention or did you happen to ask why your bonus didn't go though automatically?
Btw, did you use the link in the original post (OP) of this thread or did the use the link through the MSE website at:

Me too. Phoned up, through quite quickly and sorted. Money in account within 30 mins........and out within 5. Well, there's no use in leaving it in there getting nothing is there. Thanks TSB and thanks Katiehound for the tip with the number.fly-catchers said:
Thanks for that! Now paid following the phone call!Katiehound said:
Don't know if this is the number you want- googled switch team and this was kind of buried in the info. Might be worth a try!fly-catchers said:What is the best way to contact TSB to query the lack of payment of this switching offer. I tried the chat option on the app but that couldn’t understand it.Being AI not a human! Which phone is best seeing as most of these aren’t human either!

Which website link did you use for application? The one on the Original Post (OP) in this thread or this:Band7 said:I phoned the switch team who said my application had not tracked from MSE but they have paid me anyway. Great service

Or some other website link?0 -
99% sure I used the link in the OP and thus was prepared for a fight when payout day came. In the event was paid as expected.0

yeah but were you prepared to fight even before clicking on (whichever) link or was it after finding out about the differences between the two links?WillPS said:99% sure I used the link in the OP and thus was prepared for a fight when payout day came. In the event was paid as expected.
What would've been your line of argument?0 -

What would've been your line of argument? After, obviously. "I clicked through from MSE" would have been my argument, which isn't a lie and they would never be able to disprove.0 -
When you click a link, the server of that webpage gets the information via the referer header, so they can see where you clicked from, assuming they tracked the click. They probably allowed clickthroughs of links anywhere on *.moneysavingexpert.comWillPS said:OceanSound said:

You may have seen both links and figured they are both 'clicking through from MSE. If anything goes topsy turvy that will be my argument'. In which case, it wouldn't be like saying '2+2 = 4, obviously'.0 -

In which case, it wouldn't be like saying '2+2 = 4, obviously'.Because I would *obviously* have done the extra click if I understood that doing that might save me the effort of a possible complaint later on. To not do so would be daft, if you understood it to be a condition (which I didn't at the time, but by the time I realised it the application was done).masonic said:

And TSB have a reputation for applying rules in a not-particularly-pro-customer way.Either way, I was confident that I had done enough to ensure I would get the referral bonus one way or another.0
