I phoned the switch team who said my application had not tracked from MSE but they have paid me anyway. Great service

Glad it worked- sometimes what turns up with a google search is not that useful!

I called them and was left holding for a long time whilst he went away and checked, x3 times, just going to check so I'm going to put you on hold is that ok? grrr.. only to be told they need to query (why I hadn't been given the incentive even though I had gone through all the hoops) with higher powers.  But higher powers go home at 5pm and it's likely to be next week. He's taken my phone number and will call me, I will have to go through security questions, hmm already sounds dodgy.

I called them and got through quickly.  Very helpful girl checked and said yes, we were both on the list.  They are working through them today but she put us to the top of the list so that we would be paid next.  And we were.  Thanks Katiehound.

Call them back before he calls back. Chances are it'll be a different staff member who is not a jobsworth and don't refer anything and everything to higher powers.

didn't call them back, but checked my account the next morning. Payment has gone in, also got a call from him to say it's gone in that morning.

Hi.   In their T&C is said incentive payments would be made by 16 December.   Mine hasn't.   So, do you actually have to ring them up to claim your incentive ?
