I certainly know what my Eon Next rates are as I had an e-mail with the rates and there is a communication in my messages - the rates are not on the front page but in a personalised PDF attached. Has everyone checked in there ?jadey2024 said:
It would have been very helpful if they had and they'd probably have a lot less messages, emails and calls from confused customers in the process thus making their lives a little easier during this busy period for them. Why they have not released the information is confusing because surely by now or a couple weeks ago they'd have known the E7 tarriffs too.spot1034 said:If E.On Next are having trouble importing the new prices You'd think into customers' online accounts, surely they could at least publish the revised rates for all their tariffs on a separate page so that the information is available, then put a prominent message on their home page which directs customers to it?
I'm thinking predominantly here of E7 versions of fixes where, as far as I am aware, there is no guidance at all as yet whether the day/night balances will change or stay roughly the same.

Exactly. The current situation is a complete mess.spot1034 said:If E.On Next are having trouble importing the new prices into customers' online accounts, surely they could at least publish the revised rates for all their tariffs on a separate page so that the information is available, then put a prominent message on their home page which directs customers to it?

Can't get onto Eon's website right now - they say it's being updated. (It was working earlier),
Hopefully we will be able to see all the new prices, when they've finished.0 -
Well it shows that you have used the power and computers cannot be wrongAshlys said:
smart meter - or maybe dumb one in this case
Hope you have savings
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.0 -
I haven’t had notification of any new prices - I locked in to this tariff in June - will my prices remain the same or will they become cheaper? I’m so confused by all of this 😂

Molerat, if you mean in their messages section on the website,I have no messages there on tarriffs. Just bill statements. My last two emails were in Aug which was a bill statement and about a week ago which was reminder that my DD was due out.
