Don’t be fearful. Yes they change slightly between regions, but we know what they are in every region.
The numbers being shown on online accounts at the moment are wrong.1 -
I was referring to the PDF 's Octopus have put up showing Energy price guarantee rates for customers, but yes I get what your saying, just have to wait for Eon/Octopus to update prices online.[Deleted User] said:
But Octopus haven’t.Evojam said:Alot of folk in the same boat with Eon,little to no communication, current online quoted energy prices unaffordable, gleaning info from other posters it's clear they have'nt sorted themselves out yet and updated online pricing as Octopus have above so guess I along with many 1000's of other Eon customers worried about how to stay warm this winter best sit tight and wait for updates..
Which is interesting because they both use the same back end software I think.

Have you got a letter in "My Messages" headed "Important, Your energy prices are increasing" ? There is a PDF attachment at the bottom of that showing what your new prices are.By that SC it looks like you are in SW region which has the highest of the standing charges and you will be paying around 33.86 for electricity and 10.426 for gas. The daily charges shown are correct.

Yep. I've waited and hoped it would be released by now this information. I've not received one email. Being in limbo is not fun. I just want to know if to get of my E7 fix or not but I have no idea of tarriff for my area.spot1034 said:A very real issue for those on E7 versions of fixed tariffs who have no idea whether the day/night balance is to be maintained, or has it changed in such a way that some who are presently on the dual rate might be better off being charged at the single rate (or vice versa). I've sent them a message via Facebook this morning but I'd imagine I am well down the queue and might not hear back for several days. They must have known this would happen if they didn't get everything updated in time.0 -
If E.On Next are having trouble importing the new prices into customers' online accounts, surely they could at least publish the revised rates for all their tariffs on a separate page so that the information is available, then put a prominent message on their home page which directs customers to it?
I'm thinking predominantly here of E7 versions of fixes where, as far as I am aware, there is no guidance at all as yet whether the day/night balances will change or stay roughly the same.

It would have been very helpful if they had and they'd probably have a lot less messages, emails and calls from confused customers in the process thus making their lives a little easier during this busy period for them. Why they have not released the information is confusing because surely by now or a couple weeks ago they'd have known the E7 tarriffs too.spot1034 said:If E.On Next are having trouble importing the new prices You'd think into customers' online accounts, surely they could at least publish the revised rates for all their tariffs on a separate page so that the information is available, then put a prominent message on their home page which directs customers to it?
