One of my previous suppliers has now re-billed me based on current usage.

Bulb are standing firm on their 'estimates', so back to the Ombudsman we go.

And were the re-bills from the previous supplier much lower than the originals?

Aye. Got a third of my money back give or take. Arguably I could have pushed for more as the re-billing was based on current winter usage, but I didn't expect a penny so I'm not going to push my luck.

So's the one Bulb subsequently had installed for me, despite saying they couldn't.
