GEUK newbie customers - What are you doing?

I've not received an email from GEUK, but that doesn't surprise me from a company that doesn't reply to emails and hasn't managed to send a single bill for the two months I've been with them, and also hasn't sent the changeover reading to my previous supplier.I'll stay with them for ever if they don't want any money from me.0

People on here with GEUK are on a fixed tariff and GEUK have already stated that they will be applying the EPG. (https://www.greenenergyuk.com/energy_price_guarantee)

But if your previous price was lower than the new capped price that never happened then it will not be discounted below the new price. So it's a floor that's applied during the calculations, but the end result is actually a ceiling price to customers.0

It's not too much to ask for them to tell their customers what their prices are before they start charging them is it?

The one thing I am doing is ensuring I supply a meter reading on 1st October. Then if/when they (or their future receivers) actually manage to produce a bill then I will only pay the new price for the consumption beyond 1st October. I'm taking a screenshot of their website as evidence.
