Hi Please do not judge me here.  I received a CCJ for the above in the end and I did not do hearing or anything the letter came and I  missed it then bailiffs came around october and they took £1775 from me.  Is there any way to get a refund for this.  I appreciate it's now very late but apparently the judgement was given around August and I had personal things happening and just didn't pick it up.  Please I know what i've done already and I would appreciate if people didn't go back to what I should have done as I can't change that now.  I would really appreciate if anyone know's what I could do now if anything and guide me to if possible reclaiming this money thats been taken unfairly? Thanks.  It's taken me a while to post this on here as i'm ashamed that whilst I was going through the personal situation I missed everything and didn't have the courage to fight.  Now by the grace of God I'm a lot better

On what grounds do you think that might be possible? I can't think of any.

You did have a hearing but failed to attend.
I know you said you don't want to hear stuff like that, but it is very difficult to put it any other way.
