DCB COUNTY COURT CLAIM - CCBC

You need to send it by the date that the court has advised you to. ("Documents upon which you rely" or similarly is how it will be described, and there'll be a date mentioned. It'll be on one of the court letters you've received - perhaps the Notice of Allocation).
C-m was saying that now is when you need to be preparing it.Jenni x1 -
If those shysters have been granted relief from sanctions and then discontinue, shouldn't there be some argument that Denton applies?

Yes, that will be an argument.
The OP needs a costs assessment and witness statement & evidence bundle. I've already told them which thread to go copy from.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks all, I have emailed the court the below as I am still unclear what is required of me at this stage as no form has been sent to me for completion?
Dear sirs,Regarding the above claim, I was extremely surprised and distraught to have received a General Form of Judgment or Order.I had previously received communication from the court that this case had been suspended and the claimant was ordered to pay the legal fees owing to the court. To suddenly receive this order dated 15 June 2023 is a shock to me on a case you previously advised was closed.I deny any wrongdoing and this case was correctly thrown out previously and should not have been reinstated.I have neither received any previous communication that I am aware of from the claimant that they were doing this nor from the court. Please advise on my next steps as I feel bullied into something here which I was not at all prepared for having thought that this case was closed due to prior communication from the County court.I do not wish to pay anything towards this claim as it is a false claim and I will not be bullied into doing so by the claimant or the court.I did not receive any forms to fill, is there something I need to fill out at this stage? Please advise me fully on my next steps as the General Form of Judgment Order does not clarify my position or indeed If i need to do anything further?Kind regards,0 -

Reminding you of the above.
You already have an Order, so it (or the earlier NoA) will tell you your WS deadline.
Please don't sit and wait for a reply to an email. Quite possibly you won't get much of a reply (or any reply at all) as court staff can't tell parties what to do. They cannot advise parties.
The Directions on what to do come from a Judge. Sounds like you already have them?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I don't have any directions of what to do next from a judge0

list for hearing first open date after 28 days which will be on 24 July 2023 at 10:AM0
-
Please carefully re-read all previous communications you've received from the court - one of them will tell you your WS deadline. (My guess is that it is 14 days before the scheduled court date).
Yes it's unfair that a previously-dead claim has sprung into life again - but harrumphing about it won't help you. Get that WS prepared.Jenni x4 -
