Energy Price Guarantee (announced 8 Sep): initial reaction & questions

Not heard from E.on yet.  Still on a fixed rate contract but not sure if better than guaranteed rate or not?

I hope they will back date to 1st October if I should be on the guaranteed rate especially seeing I'm doing what I'm told and waiting for them to contact me.   Awaiting an update of rates from Mr Lewis 😽

Most people have heard. Most online accounts have been updated. Your likely rate is easy to work out with some very simple maths. Don’t wait for others to tell you, take control of your understanding.

 And yes, it will backdate.

You're right but embarrassingly I'm not good at maths.  I rely on help for this kind of thing.
