Well thats me done, presents all wrapped and under the tree, Santa sacks filled and doogie growling at the door, must be Santa trying to get in.

Well I'm off to bed now as only have to get up in the morning, prepare the turkey, make the bread sauce and stuffing, make the sausage rolls(by the time my dad comes) and everything else really.

Hope you all have a very very fabulous day, and I hope when you raise your glass you will think of all the flying we have done - I will and I'll be saying thank you to you all :T :T :T :T xxxxx

Nearly done.. for the first time in YEARS we are just about done and it is only half 2.. really good going!!

Except the cat just ran on DD4's face and woke her up so we are just waiting for her to fall back to sleep before we go to bed Might have time for a cuppa.. Anyone?? :coffee:

I'll load the DW while the kettle cooks!

That is amazing.. it was 4:45am last year and we were in bed 45 mintues.. the year before we had 1.5 hours in bed.. this year we might get 2 hours!!!!!!!

DW loaded.. cuppa drank.. door slocked.. cats fed...

MERRY CHRISTMAS one and all.

DS didn't wake up until late at 7.30 so we all feel human! And the total shock in his voice and face was worth all the hassle of the last couple of weeks.

Just got my pudding out to steam - I got it just after Christmas last year reduced to half price.

Flying well today - cleaned the bathroom - I wanted a bath and it was filthy from the kids so cleaned the bathroom whilst filling the bath.

Can't wait to hoover on top of my wardroe which is now empty, was tempted to do it at midnight but did not want to wake the kids.

Haven't opened any presents yet, oven is on with bacon joint then I'll start the potatoes in a while. Trifle half made. Can't lay the table yet otherwise one of the cats will be sure to walk on the tablecloth with wet feet

Well good morning to all the fly ladies hope you have a great day,. I am little confused as I don't have anything that NEEDS doing at the moment. DH has dropped of my nan:j after telling me I had moved here pencillin as she couldn't find it anywhere-she meant paracetomol . Spent half an hour loking for it as I was worried that it was under the settee or worse:eek: .

Anyway when DH gets back need to lay table for 13 people :T . Then pick up everyone so that they can have a drink.


Well santa did turn up for DS and DD and we let DS open up a present until DD woke up. He played with it for about half an hour (only a sticker book)and he though that was his gift from Santa. Was very pleased to find some more.

Anyway going to dash and give the bathroom a quick (very quick) clean before DH comes home.

DS got up at 5.25 and DD at 5.50 so no lie-in for me. DS has a temp so dosed him up and he went back to bed after he'd opened his presents and had a sleep. Just about to get dressed and ready to go to parents' house for dinner.
