Heading to bed but just popped in to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, I hope all goes well tomorrow - pressies are wanted, food appreciated and most importantly you all have some fun with your loved ones.
Santa has been here and erected a trampoline in the garden - temp currently -3 so hubby has had the perfect excuse for a very large whisky when he reappeared, just got the stockings to fill and put back in to their rooms - this is the bit i hate I would never forgive myself if I was caught sneaking the stocking back into the bedroom.
Anyway going to go when its still christmas eve and not christmas morning - pigpen hope you are not up too late and everyone else hope you manage some sleep before our little delights wake us up nice and early.

think i've missed some of you and pigpen is somewhere cleaning or wrapping in her knickers....
am tucked up in bed, ready for sleep now. a very different feel to christmas here with no little ones to share it with. hopefully in a few years... OH and i have done stockings for each other though and we get to see my little godsons on 27th and so i am sure some of the magic will still be there then!
weird (but good) to think that this is my last christmas (as someone said earlier) as Miss! i had to give my name today for photocard and didn't know which to give...it's going to take some getting used to after 30 years!
and yes, you can have wedding cake (think pigpen asked the other day). pm me addresses and i will try and sort it....eventually!!! i have a 4 teir cake coming so plenty for my flylady friends!
right, hope it's a magical day for all. thinking of those with poorly LOs or who are poorly themselves (my poor gran is not good at all with bronchitis and won't even make it to my mum's for xmas dinner) and those remembering lost loved ones. thanks for all your support and friendship. big hugs.

Well this is a first, I've finished wrapping everything before midnight :jall sorted too. It's usually 4am ish here aswell. Admittedly adding the extra tasks of doing some wrapping helped as I'd done some of the smaller fiddly things.
It's been rather weird having DP here, his first Christmas Eve off since he started working, but nice aswell. He helped by vacuuming through for me then held and snipped sticky tape for a while until I removed the hair off his hand getting somethen he didn't want to help any more.
I decided to have a small drink, opened a bottle of archers, hmmm, ooops can tell that was a few years old (unopened) I think I will use it to clean the sink with, yuk!
Wishing you all the best of luck in finishing the wrapping etc and most importantly wishing you all a VERY Happy Christmas. I will no doubt be popping in tomorrow, posting might be another matter but I will be taking the laptop in the kitchen with me so hopefully won't have any dinner disasters.
Oh and my partner is evil, said wrap up just the remotes for the Wii, give them one each and hide the console. He's a right meanie....
Dusty, hugs, fingers crossed you feel better in the morning. Rach I hope your Gran is better soon. One day I might be more organised...........

Merry Christmas Flighty ladies ! Hope to be flying with you soon. S'pose Mrs Clause is a flylady when she goes with Santa ? XXNothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. William James0

I found DS1... He was tucked up in bed snoring his head off... I swear he wasn't there the first or second times I looked.. I even turned on the light and shouted his name both times and got no reply.. and he wasn't in the bathroom.. because I checked there next.. I sniffed him out when I went to loo and could smell his feet!!!!!!
We have everything bar 1 of hubbys presents wrapped.. I've still lost one but it will save for his birthday in January so not a problem.. unless I still haven't found it then!
My throat is killing me..
My knees hurt..
I don't even feel festive.. I just want to sleep!! I have ALL the presents to get out pile up and stockings to fill.. ARGH!!
