I can't find it, there is a possibility if it landed near me the dogs might have eaten it, he's a pig, so far today has eaten 3 wrapped up chewits, 2 banana skins, half a banana and 2 raw mushrooms, he is vile.

Right I have my own cocktail, dihydracodeine, paracetamol and diclofenac. Off to swig them to try and shift this pain, see if I can get some sleep tonight. Hugs to all, see you in the morning...I'll see if I can get some of that tomorrow Pigpen, thanks (itch yes, hot yes, swollen (I look like a hamster) pulsing yes, lots of pain and deaf, double yes)
One day I might be more organised...........

  • I think a bit of flying here in the office will be called for before long - the table behind me is a wreck and buckling under the weight of 3 enormous tins of assorted chocolates, a homemade (and absolutely delish) bakewell tart - anyone got a recipe for this? plus god knows how many assorted cups etc - why didn't I bring my stardrops
    I'd rather be watching CSI!
  • pigpen - it's a good job that I'm not sitting here naked been as I'm in the control room of the airport - it could cause a crash!! (plus double pneumonia as it's glacial outside and I wouldn't want the snow clearance team coming ogling!)

    evening all

just had an enjoyable half hour catching up on the epic number of posts you lot made today!! hugs to those who need them, lil_me if you do get the honeopathic stuff remember don't drink tea/coffee 15 mins either side of taking it, or clean your teeth... not dangerous, just stops it being effective.

had a lovely day, tiring though as 4 hours on the train! christmas lunch was nice, was at the rainforest cafe, mad place, don't know if anyone has been there!? my new colleagues are lovely and i'm really looking forward to starting the job. then i met OH at 4pm and we wandered around a bit and then had a coffee another wander and a drink, then a walk on the south bank before i got my train home. felt exhausted on the way home, so apart from a couple of urgent messages i had a bath and then got into bed (where i am now). had a hot choc with baileys in to finish relaxing me :D

plan for tomorrow is as follows:
get family cards & post (i know it's a bit late but it's the thought that counts - not done any other cards at all this year)
phone wedding hotel & make appt for after xmas
email friends with christmas news & apology for lack of cards...
pack more boxes - 1 x kitchen, 2 x study, towels & bedding (for homeless shelter)
    OXFAM RUN - URGENT!!
shopping with girl from youth group
couple more stocking fillers for OH
email people involved in wedding rehearsal re time etc
    phone printers

night night all who are still up xx
