Thanks guys at least you have made me smile. I think, sadly, that her mind seems to be going as she keeps thinking that she is sleeping upstairs but she has trouble even managing the front door step so has got to sleep downstairs. Just had to pop round my mums house as she had left her insulin round there!!January Grocery 11/3740

Old family I can cope with, it's MILs I struggle with, well exception of DPs Grandma, his Nana is lovely however.
My Nana's great, she's hilarious, very down to earth, speaks her mind, just a few comments from this year
'I've wrote a letter to this company offering drugs to help Grandad 'rise' to the occasion' Well in the letter she put 'He's dead so I think he's stiff enough thanks' :rotfl:
'Be careful those police helicopters can shoot you with their lazers' ....Ok Nana thanks for the warning
'Eat those before Christmas and you won't be getting a present next year' said to my kids when they even attempted to open their pressies because they know she means it! They haven't touched them since.
My Great Grandma was amazing, if I could bring one person back from dead to be eternally here (without the pain she suffered in later life of course) it would be her, would loved for my children to have known her. She was fab. 90th birthday party she was up dancing on the tables. She was the original money saver, tight git she was and proud of it.
Oh dinner, I'm cooking, beef and turkey I think, so plenty of left overs as just the 4 of us. It won't be served until 3pm ish as I can't eat a big meal at lunch time (or the truth is with all the muck ups I will make I should plan it for 1pm then eat at 3pm) I have NEVER cooked turkey before
Anyone else seen/heard the IrnBru advert? I just nearly wee'd myself laughing :rotfl:One day I might be more organised...........

My finger nail??????
They are nice.. they have holly painted on them!
And my homeopath friend would probably suggest pulsatilla.. it is her favourite!
ETA..
Pulsatilla: This remedy is often indicated for ear infections that follow or accompany a cold. (Cold symptoms include a stuffy nose, especially indoors, and large amounts of yellow or greenish mucus.) The ear may be hot and swollen, with a feeling that something is pressing out. Pain can be worse in the evening and at night, as well as worse from heat, with a pulsing sensation. Deep itching may be felt inside, especially if ear infections are chronic.
