Spend free day today, I did take out £20 to pay for some fitness classes but haven't actually paid for them yet (does that count? ). I don't count my NSD's any more as I used to get weirdly stressed if I didn't hit an arbitrary target I set for myself, but I did have a wee bit of money left this month so not all bad.

Other than that it was a busy day at work, my headache went overnight and I actually had a great night's sleep which I'm very grateful for!

September seems to have flown by!

A bit more simplifying today - 3 (new ) items into CS bag and a bag of outgrown items (DS3) listed on fb00k  and sold in 5 mins   Also tackled some paper admin and filed some things (eg bank statements - I like paper ones)

No heating on as yet - although it's getting close! It's been raining all day amd that does make the house cold. Washing has gone onto the 2 heated airers - it won't dry quick enough otherwise. I had them by me when I was working earlier (Cold room - garage conversion with rubbish flooring) which was nice 😃 

Payday for DH today. Have paid 1 of my CCs (I only use one) - had car mot and service on, so was chunky-ish. Am waiting to pay the other one until some refunds have been processed, as I've got lost as to the balance!

Rain today has battered the remaining sunflowers 🌻  so I nipped out and chopped most of them off and they are now brightening up the kitchen instead:). I'll pull the stems up when it has  dried out a bit and they can go in the garden waste.

Today I am grateful for a fun session with reception and then nursery kiddies, for my adorable y11s too, for bumping into a parent and having a lovely chat, for getting home in time to meet dc off the bus, for starting to sew up some socks I knitted.

Thank you for the canal boat ride, grandmanerd, and all the pearls you have cast our way. See you for October tomorrow.

Thanks for our September challenge @grandmanerd. 

Finished the month on 13 NSDs as I bought Mum’s sprouts day gift yesterday.

Last night OH and I did our transfers for October, our meal plan for the coming week, and I did an early Sunday sweep. Another decent sweep into mortgage OP and holiday pots because OH was working away some of the week. 

Grateful for getting 13 NSDs, for DS getting a wee reward from the head teacher at school, and for this group x
