Nope nothing yet0

Nothing here either yet. I have no idea how many folk were involved with this but it must be multiple thousands and I guess that takes time.0

I opted for PayPal as I felt it was simpler and more secure. Still not heard anything yet, hopefully in the next few weeks.0

We did hire a car when we were in Florida using a voucher. I do remember being annoyed that we were charged extra when I thought we had already paid. However I thought it was probably covered in some small print that we hadn't read properly. Cheque arrived today for $197.12. Doesn't look like a scam. Scottish lass Heather Venerus is a hero. Brilliant news. My first cheque arrived this morning. $154.70 that was for 2 weeks car rental in March 2011. Will have to take it to my bank now if I can find one that’s still open. Probably end up with £100 after their charges. Still better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick. 2 more to go but they are being paid into my paypal account.0

We had hired a car in this time frame and we did all the details. And can confirm today we received a cheque for the sum of $350. Going to cash in the cheque today.0

$350 is more than double what we had. How many weeks was that for?0

I wouldn’t have thought the year made much difference at all. I imagine the normal rental time was 2 weeks but of coarse could be more or less. We always rented top of the range cars like Cadillac. Just wondering how they actually calculated the amount. I’ve still got two to come on PayPal .0
