We always rented top of the range cars like Cadillac. Just wondering how they actually calculated the amount. I’ve still got two to come on PayPal .0

My 3 claims were for 2011, 2012 and 2013. The 2011 claim I received a cheque for $157.70.
the others were supposed to be paid into my PayPal account an it doesn’t look like they have been processed yet.
It would be nice to know what years, hire duration and settlement amounts others have been getting to see how consistent the payments are.0 -

Yes that’s correct. Americans have the days and months the other way round to us.1

For my one claim I received a Cheque (Check!) for $126-72 yesterday. Have today paid it into my Lloyds bank account. The cashier told me that there would be a charge - a percentage of the value of the cheque - but could not tell me how much. Whatever- it's a bonus I did not expect. Will take 7 days to process. Will update when I receive the final amount into my account.0

Try…caselaw.Findlaw.com
The full link is on Google but mse won’t let me give the link hereI note one of the payment options is a prepaid Mastercard. Surely that would be the safest payment option? Tho I know some places in the US..esp gas stations..do not accept these.0 -
There there seems to be huge variations in the payments from $70 something right up to $350. Trying to work out how they do their calcs. Unless the $70 was for one week and the $350 was for a month. We have to remember that this has affected people from almost every country in the world.
Glad I’m not Russian trying to cash a cheque in US$..0
