The Claimant is UK Parking Control but the solicitor is QDR. I cannot believe they are taking this to court. Please could you contact me as I could really do with some advice.

Aside from that, it has already been suggested that you start your own thread.
It can only lead to confusion when trying to address the issues of two different people in the same thread.
Also when searching for similar incidents, it will help you enormously to find other similar incidents if you spell the place name correctly. It's Wooburn Green.1 -

Latest on this case is that we have been given a court date - 08th June 2023.
I have been working on the witness statement, however in the meantime, I have become aware of two things:
1. UKPC appear to have either have ben sold, or are undergoing some form of re-branding. Their Wooburn Green offices have taken down all UKPC branding, and replaced it with "Intelipark" equivalents.
2. The site of the parking 'incident' (The Red Lion public house, Wooburn Green) is no longer under the control of UKPC; they have now removed all signage and cameras. The pub appears to be shut, temporarily at least.
I suspect this probably doesn't have any impact on my case, which is now being dealt with by DCB Legal, however is there anything I should expect and/or anything I should incorporate into my witness statement?
Thanks in advance as always.0 -
You could allege that UKPC are no longer at this location; it appears the pub ended the contract due to the level of complaints which had swiftly trashed their Trustpilot reputation.
You can say stuff like that in a WS, and put them to strict proof otherwise.
Interesting about new branding, that's news to us:

Regarding Intellipark; it is strange there is no information on line, but these photo's shows the front of the UKPC head office:

Interesting!
Intellipark (double L) is a different company entirely, I also found them on Google.
You could send those photos to Intellipark (double L) and ask if their Directors might like to review the situation and take issue with a disgraced (previously DVLA-banned for falsifying evidence photos of cars) ex-clamper firm using what looks like their company name as a trading style?
Go on...nothing to lose...it is all true and you have the photos to show them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The only Intellipark I can find on line appears to be the same organisation who's banding is now on the UKPC head office.
A further google search suggests the company is owned by a certain Rupert Williams, who I am sure needs no further introduction.
Surely UKPC and Intellipark are simply two cheeks of the same !!!!!!?
Or did you know all this, and were suggesting I should be facetious by writing to them informing them of my findings?!1 -
No, I meant write to this company (Bendix) who have Trademarked 'Intellipark' already:
