Energy Increase

Just had an email from Sainsbury's for renewing [Date would be 1st October]
Standard Variable. Electricity: £923.53. Gas: £513.78. OR
Fixed Renew v20. Electricity: £1,805.20. Gas: £958.20.
The fixed is a lot higher, but what is around the corner in the Christal ball?
Does anyone have percentage increase Est for Oct and Jan? The Fixed is 92% more but as someone told me here. The price cap does not work for a fixed tariff.

DD amounts mean little, what are the kWh & sc rates for Fixed renew V20?
p.s. this post would be better in the main energy forum (where you may also find projected SVT rates for October & January) not this which is for lpg, heating oil, solid & other fuels.0 -
They don't tell me the figures for the unit price in there email.0
