Just looking at the site and £3.50 a month - do you have to do it online or another way possible?
For PAYG it's "You can use our service on a simple pay-as-you basis. Just top-up your account and charges will be deducted as and when you use it. Your credit will never expire. " but doesn't say if you have to do this regularly or how.

Both would work but with the site not offering a search or chat facility I'm just wondering what would happen with a problem.

Whereas the 1p tends to draw me because the site was so comprehensive so I thought maybe there is something I've missed.

All help welcome as my brain is addled with trying to dig out the eternal variations on these things and I'm going for a walk!

I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!

  • You can top  up at any paypoint store. Minimumum top up is £5.
You ask for a now mobile voucher, and put it on your RWG sim.
They will take the £3.50 off for your bundle, the rest stops as credit on your phone

    Thanks Alan,
I didn't pick up anything from the site about a Now Mobile voucher. Do you ring in the voucher number? Or do you have to log into the site?
I will ask if it's one of the companies I can top up with as I'm in a small town and I know they didn't do one I asked about.
But if you're topping up £5 for a £3.50pm bundle that's unlimited that seems a bit odd. You're paying  £5pm for no more items.

  • When you have bought your voucher, you ring 669,and listen to options.
Even though you are topping up £5,and the bundle is £3.50,over 3 months the £1.50 in credit will have gone over £3.50,so you do  not need to top up that month if that makes sense

I'm inclined to 1p as it suits my erratic usage - the rwg appeals because of the comment on good customer service and just having it regular which I can forget about.
Good customer service can make a whole world of difference to your state of mind :)

I'm finding that when I text "info uk6rwg" to find my balance of mins text and data I now get no reply.
  • Same for me texting infoukrwg1.
    No delivery report
Text messages work to other numbers.
    Will try again tomorrow.
