They even gave me the 60p cash back for the weetabix that was out of stock. I sent the substitute back. This was this mornings delivery so they may take it back yet

I love this app! 3 weeks of what I would order anyway and my vouchers are nearly £17
@sarah1972 I found the same, but be aware that is because you are achieving easy "milestones" initially which pay big. Once you have completed those the rewards go down considerably.
I did think it would dwindle after the initial milestones, but still happy with that as had nothing before from Asda x

I have a penny showing on my online order this morning. Seems they have managed to program it onto the online orders now

Is this really Asda's "first ever" loyalty scheme or is it their first scheme specifically offering discounts on groceries at the point of purchase rather than points which can be used for discounts later?
I'm pretty sure they had a scheme (maybe 20 years ago) which they scrapped.

According to Google it’s their first ever one, I must admit I don’t ever remember one and I used to shop in Asda 30 years ago but you could be right if it was maybe area specific?

Hi, anyone help. Got the Asda rewards app and did weekly shopping this morning. My app barcode was scanned AFTER all the items had gone through the till checkout. My cash pot history still shows £0.00. Is this right or does it take time OR do you have to get checkout assistant scan the bar code before processing the shopping. Thanks for reading !

This happened to my OH today - he tried to scan after the checkout assistant had put the items through and was told that he had to scan prior to the items being put through.

He went to double check with customer services and they confirmed that you have to scan before items go through. Would have been nice if the checkout asst had mentioned this 1st!

Has kind of left a sour taste as the rewards are a bit scant in the 1st place. Doesn’t make us want to use it - at least with Tesco you have a couple weeks to take receipts in for the points to be attributed.
