It looks awful - is a packet of potatoes with 10% back in stars cheaper per kilo than this other packet of potatoes per kilo? Let me get the calculator out. Clubcard prices have the same issue. Is this going to be the same as clubcard prices in the sense that they're no different or better than the normal offers they used to have?
Add to that 'missions' which do psychologically make people overspend on things they wouldn't otherwise buy. Yes, maybe picking up two extra bananas to complete the fruit and veg task is better than missing out on the £1.50 - but if those bananas end up in the composter cause no-one actually wanted them, that's a lot of food waste.
Finally add really short voucher times and it's a perfect storm of everything I don't want!6 -
I had my online shop come this morning and my mission hasn't been updated. When my online shop came last week my mission was updated straight away. Don't know what's going on.0

Well that was easy money. Spent £2.78 on 5 cheap health and beauty products without actually realising and got a £2 mission reward - as well as the 1p off my shop1

Speaking of Clubcard prices - I’ve gone off Tesco since I realised they put up the prices of the items on clubcard promotion so it looks cheaper.Himself uses a lot of Nivea for men face moisturiser. I buy it every other week. So when it was on the ‘Clubcard Prices’ deal I grabbed a handful before realising it had never been as dear as either of the prices on the ticket! If that makes sense…
So they’d ‘reduced’ it from £4 to a Clubcard Price of £3.50, when it’s been £2.79for yonks.I wonder how many other items they’ve done this with…I'm unsure about my spine, I think it's holding me back.1 -

I don't know which particular moisturiser you mean, but the nivea mens ones all seem to be £5+ at the moment.2 -

My local Asda was one of the stores doing the trial and I have successfully converted quite a few vouchers and got money off my shopping, since it started around October time I think.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.671 -
