Yes, it should be possible to obtain a receipt but the URL is incorrect on the machines. It should have said myparkingrecipts.co.uk. The UK version only works. You need Card Number details and the day you paid. That's all.2

you can only get a receipt within 6 months.
And the .com url is correct. it works. At least it did when I went to it through the IPS website.0 -

So hit received my SAR request back. Nothing earth shattering and no smoking gun.
I do find the redacted PCN list for the time period a bit suspect.
By my calculations the car park would have been full in approx. 15 mins, yet people continued to park. As every vehicle bar 2 had paid for 2hrs+, it seems to me implausible that several of the drivers parked, did their business and left in 15mins after paying for 2-3 hours parking.
Also I don't think its for the correct car park, I think it's for the backchester lane one.3
