Everything is complete and ready to send via email. Is it ok to email tonight or shall I email tomorrow morning... does it matter?

    I'll send here...

    ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk;
    ccbcfees@justice.gov.uk

    Cc:
    1. Legal3@ce-service.co.uk
    2. office@ce-service.co.uk
    3. dataprotectionofficer@ce-service.co.uk

... Is it ok to send all of this to civil enforcement? Doesn't it mean that they'd receive all the exhibits etc.?

Check it doesn't exceed 50 pages.

Send it all at 9am then phone the CCBC fees team and pay £275 and make sure they have got it all.

Yes you have to send a copy of it all to CEL.  No worries.  They are the wrongdoers, not you.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Great, thanks. Will do. Just one last thing - there are 7 exhibits in total - should I zip them up, only I downloaded an update for Adobe Acrobat which meant I could edit the PDFs and include Page numbers as footers.

As a consequence there is no longer the option to select all exhibit pdfs and 'add to zip'  (something the adobe update has seemingly removed) yet there is an option to combine all of the exhibits into one merged PDF.

Which is the best option? I suppose I could download winzip and zip them up that way but wondering if a combined PDF might be better?

That's definitely not a good idea.
The CCBC do not have any interest in your case at all once the case has been transferred to a hearing court.

Why can't you find an email address for Leicester county court? Have you looked?

I just stuck Leicester county court email into google and the first item returned included...

    Yes, you must.
Everything you send to the Court must be sent to the Claimant and vice versa.

Thank you for that. I did google it but the first result I saw was with the prefix bailiffs so I wasn't at all sure after that which one the right one was, if any that I was looking at.

Sorry to sound thick but I'm not sure what you mean by "not a good idea" ?

Has it been transferred to a hearing court by the CCBC?  I thought this was the N244 application itself?

A N244 to set aside a CCJ can either go to the CCBC or the local court (but not both).

It not being a good idea to send anything to the CCBC at this stage.

This is the N244 application, I haven't sent anything off to anyone yet.

Ah... the mention of a hearing court and I automatically assumed that a hearing court was involved.
