Hey all,
I just came back from Holiday to find a letter of discontinuance. A great relief.
I want to thank everyone who has helped since day one, especially Coupon-mad, you especially have been tremendously helpful. You should all take great pride in the the help you provide, it really is very gratefully received, thank you very much indeed.

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!
Was this CEL and did you ever get your CCJ fee back? I can't recall.
And we sincerely hope that you are au fait with the need to respond to the private parking draft Impact Assessment by mid-September?Or let me do a submission containing YOUR photo evidence please...You want to help us change the law?
To be clear, we are nearly there; it's not a petition or some weak campaign, it's a final push on a law already passed, to cap the £PCN levels and ban the fake DRA fees.
The Government has a Call for Evidence open right now.
We are wanting photos of unmanaged car parks, Hospital car park signs near you that show £50 or £60 as the deterrent, and Aldi, Asda, Tesco or Sainsburys £70 signs please.
All discussed here:

We need photo evidence of low or no deterrent car parks near you, please!
NOT £100, NOT £90 or £80. Just signs that are less - or places with no PPC. You will see lots of examples already posted there but I need more evidence.
Thankyou!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I didn't get the fee back.
I'll be happy to help and yes that's fine.

Was the £275 stated as 'reserved' in the CCJ set aside Judge's written Order? Or did the Judge state 'no order as to costs'?
If it's the former, you can email and ask for the reserved costs to be ordered now.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Agreed! I was just checking, in case there was a chance to ask for it back now. But you WON and the CCJ is gone, so well done!
Do post any photos of 'low or no deterrent' car parks that work well in your area please. We need more during August.
