    I've received a Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track letter today.

    It says I have to complete an N180 form. Is it ok email the N180 form?
    Yes - to both the Court and the Claimant.
    Thanks, I've completed and emailed it.

    Hi,

    I received a letter today with the hearing date (early September) and the time by which the claimant has to pay the fee (early August)

    Having considered the papers it's been recommended for mediation.

    It says I've got so many days if I want to accept that which obviously I don't. So do I just ignore that and crack on with the WS?

    Wells Next the Sea car park - parked there in the pitch black of night August 2018.

    Any help with the WS would be greatly appreciated. Lack of clear signage, unlit lighting, no contract etc.

    Thanks

    Was there a tear-off slip (or other method) to advise that you did not want mediation?  Did you tick NO to mediation on your N180 form?  Always best to advise the court that you don't want mediation in a proactive way rather than relying on a "let's not bother to reply" passive way.

    There are plenty of threads about Wells-Next-The-Sea on the forum, but here's one that may be relevant to your case with defence points provided by Coupon-mad ;

    And here's a link to another thread with a defence point about PoFA 2012 and relevant land ;

    Just for info, CEL have been kicked off the site after 3 years of grief - see paragraph 1 of section 5 in the document below.

    No tear off slip or question, it was just advised. On the N180 form I did tick No to mediation and put reasons as to why.

    Thanks for the reply though.

    Received this today. If they thought they were entitled to £343.13 why would they be offering to accept less than a third of that?

    With regard to the WS, would this be a good one to use as a template;

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6281081/claim-form-defence-wells-next-to-sea-cel/p9

    It's the same site, and has photos attached with the signage - although I'm not sure which year those signs are from.

    Will I need photos of the signs that were in place in August 2018, and has anyone got them from this date?

    That WS also includes Fairlie & Fenton.

    I'd be very grateful if anyone can mention anything at all which will help contribute to the WS.

    Parked at night and no lighting etc.

    Can I also use the fact that CEL have been booted off the site and the minutes PDF as part of the WS arsenal?
