    You probably won't get a N180 but if you have any holiday booked or a family or work occasion that makes you unavailable on any days or whole weeks (for the rest of this calendar year) I would email the local court now, to tell them to avoid the following dates for the hearing (and explain briefly why).

    When I filed the defence I got an automated response email. Is that enough to verify that it has been received, the deadline is the 31st of this month.

    I've received a Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track letter today.

    It says I have to complete an N180 form. Is it ok email the N180 form?

    Yes - to both the Court and the Claimant.
