You just send it by email to the CCBC fees email address you find when you Google the CCBC at Northampton. You ring up to pay the fee.

Yes, each exhibit needs a number and you refer to each exhibit by number in your WS.

The normal format for numbering exhibits is your initials1, your initials2, etc.

Every page needs a number too.

I just found a thread which looks quite helpful... by rbceurope.

He sent his N244 to the following email addresses: To :
    1. enquiries.croydon.countycourt@justice.gov.uk;
    2. ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk;
    3. ccbcfees@justice.gov.uk

    Cc:
    1. Legal3@ce-service.co.uk
    2. office@ce-service.co.uk
    3. dataprotectionofficer@ce-service.co.uk

Should I do the same, albeit replacing the croydon one?

    Also is the format he/she used still ok to use? ;

    Hi,

Please find the attached N244 form requesting set aside for the case reference XxxxxxN.

    Claimant - “CIVIL ENFORCEMENT LTD”

    Defendant - “XXXXXX”

    Judgment Date – xx/xx/20xx

I am here by attaching the

    1. N244 form requesting set aside
    2. Draft Order
    3. Witness Statement
    4. Exhibits – Detailing the evidences attached
    5. Evidences are in the zip file.
    Yours Sincerely,
    xxxx

Attachments : xxxx, xxxx, xxxxx ......

When you say the pages need numbering, is that all sheets ?
So WS Page 1, Page 2, Page 3
    DO Page 4
    Exhibit Sheet Page 5 etc.
Credit Report Page X page 6 etc.?

Yes, all sheets. The Judge will find that easier and so will you at the hearing.

Yes that's fine, that includes the CCBC fees email I mentioned already.

No, it means hurry up and get the application in and paid for!  Today...

Thanks, I'm working as hard as I can to get it sent in asap.

The N244, WS and DO are complete and ready to send. I'm just wondering which evidence (exhibits) to mention in box 10 on the N244 and attach along with it.

I was going to send a copy of my bank statement but even if I go back before October 2020 (when I moved into my current home) it still shows my current address at the top of the statement so what is the relevance of using that?

For proof of house move from my last address (not the address where it was served as I vacated that in 2016) to my current address would a Council Tax Change of Address Email Receipt suffice?

It looks as follows and I can save the email as a PDF:

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------

    Date of purchase: XX.10.2020

Was the property unfurnished prior to the date you moved in: Yes

Date furniture was moved in: XX.10.2020

Do you know the name of the solicitor dealing with the purchase: Yes
    Name of solicitor: XXXX
    Address of solicitor: XXXX

Do you know the name(s) of the previous owner(s): No
Planning to claim Housing Benefit indicated: No
Did you request a PIN to access your details online: Yes
Did you request an email receipt: Yes
    Email address: XXXX
    Daytime Tel No:

    Mobile Tel No:

    Regards,

Aside from this, Page X of Credit Report showing start date of Mortgage Payments, the BPA CoP page X and the DLHUC page X I'm not sure what else I need to send as evidence, if anything else?

They all seem very good evidence.

Plus you need the BPA Code of Practice page of course, that states that it is mandatory for checks to be made before issuing a LBC.

As per all the other CCJ set aside threads.

Plus include the quote from the new (stalled but incoming) DLUHC statutory Code, that talks about the mandatory soft trace.

Thanks. I have mentioned the DLUHC in my final WS.

The following is the exhibit list and attached evidence.

Just a couple of questions on this, do I need to save all of these exhibits as PDF documents? Reason I ask ... The Clearscore Credit Report exhibit is a jpeg (screenshot of their website) and I just want to ask something else about this... when I discovered the ccj it just stated that there was a ccj on lodged on my report. Now it has changed and shows as removed and looks like this; ( is it still ok to use ) and if so do I need to save the jpeg as a pdf somehow?

The address where the ccj was served I vacated in 2016 so I think that is why it is showing as removed, and indeed there is no mention of it on my Equifax report - yet if I sign into my Experian report via MSE's free method it does show the ccj on there.

And one final thing - the DLUHC, I can see no way of downloading it as a PDF and saving the relevant page number, is it ok to just copy the relevant text, insert into new document and mark that as Exhibit A06.

This is the exhibit list and the documents I will be attaching with the application.
