Just an observation from me. This thread does seem to have quietened over the last few weeks. Are DCB Legal running low after scraping the barrel with the main operators and are now having to scratch around for bits and pieces from the low feeders?

Any forum reader, please tag me in on any discontinuance spotted .... and hope my Notifications improve!
I have a load over on FTLA but, to be honest, the modus operandi is now well established and is there still a requirement to post the obvious? I know you are collating 'evidence' but it is already a 'given' that any defence, no matter how poor or irrelevant, any claim issued though DCB Legal will be discontinued before the hearing fee has to be paid.
The more we can collect on the DCBL TIMEWASTERS, the better.
The courts must be sick to death of the rubbish claims from DCBL who make themselves look complete idiots

THE MORE WE CAN HIGHLIGHT THE DCBL CRAP, THE BETTER OFF THE MOTORIST WILL BE

SHAME ON THE BPA FOR ALLOWING MEMBERSHIP TO A COURT TIMEWASTER .....  AND THE ROGUE TRADER PARKING COMPANIES THAT USE DCBL

ECP and DCB Legal entered the lion's den when they decided to take on @Daniel_3560 ..... and came out badly mauled. 🦁

Here's another discontinued claim from the Facebook groups.  This one is particularly interesting because the Defendant had a mediation call earlier today (29/07) and then received this by email shortly afterwards.

In completely unrelated news, the hearing fee due date was 30/07.  Number 625 I believe.
