Yet again the Defendant's WS, submitted the day, before brought this N279 form the following morning. I think the relationship between Excel Parking Services and DCB Legal has soured somewhat - new (hopeless) claims are coming from Elms Legal again. This was a 10 minute rule one at Broomhill Roof during the time that the machines had been sabotaged. Why even bother to issue a claim since 17 Feb 2025? 
I think this is no 618 but correct me if I am wrong.

Another discontinuance - ongoing since 2021 the ridiculous mcdonalds/starbucks car park at standstead airport. Now to deal with a pesky LOC from Mooreside re the dodgy wing-yip car park in Croydon 🙄

Just received mine today by email! 

The deadline was 24th July to file hearing fee, they sent a £60 offer to settle more than a week ago, and i'm pretty sure tried to call several times, but we never answered !

Thanks for copying your NoD @misterash and well done in waving hasta la vista to G24 and DCB Legal. G24 having been totally non-litigious for ever, have obviously had their greedy eyes turned by some sharp-suit from DCB Legal to send in their back catalogue of unpaid PCNs. DCB Legal targeting the barrel bottom remnants of PPC world for latest pickings. Horrible!

I have a load over on FTLA but, to be honest, the modus operandi is now well established and is there still a requirement to post the obvious? I know you are collating 'evidence' but it is already a 'given' that any defence, no matter how poor or irrelevant, any claim issued though DCB Legal will be discontinued before the hearing fee has to be paid.
