DCB Legal discontinuances are like buses, you wait ages, then two come at once!
Back to one of the regulars, ECP this time.
They'd dredged up a 2020 PCN relating to the infamous Rodney Street, Wigan. The worried D was going to cave in straight away and pay the scoundrels their requested £300 , but she stuck with me through the long, stressful fiasco.
The generous folk offered to go as low as £240 at mediation and then sent the last ditch £60 offer and finally they've caved in.
They really do put people through the mill!

I note that the signatory to the NoD goes by the title of “Head of Bulk Litigation” - that alone is good evidence of the abuse of the civil courts by the parking companies and their disgusting solicitors.

AGREED ....... this wild bunch should be sanctioned for wasting public / courts money
