There's a infamous retail park in Warrington where the Double Dips are constant but it's not until DCB Legal gets their grubby mitts on them that they become court claims. It happens so often that everyone avoids going there 2 days running. This one was for a Double Dip 15 months earlier but the Keeper no longer has a local address. DCB Legal has thrown in the towel quite early here. Didn't even wait for the Hearing Date notification before sending the N279. Perhaps a lot of them shop here themselves?593

Good evening from Facebook land, reporting a welcome Britannia/DCB Legal capitulation.
It was a late NTK correctly appealed, but Britannia ignored it and then declined receipt so refused a POPLA code.
LBC and court form soon arrived.
D offered £20 at mediation, they wouldn't budge from £120.
Trial fee was due 2 days ago, but the green towel flew our way instead.
