This is my SAR email according to #2. Is it correct for my case or do I have to add my address to it if I have attached my V5C?

    Dear Sir or Madam,

Subject access request ( Data Protection Act 2018 / General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) ):  I have attached my V5 for your attention.

Please supply the data about me that I am entitled to under data protection law relating to myself.

    ALL photos you have taken
    - all letters/emails sent and received, including any earlier appeal correspondence
    - all data held, all evidence you are going to rely on, and a full copy of the PCN, NTK to me
    - a list of all the PCNs outstanding you have against me, and
please remember that any claim against me must be for all the PCNs you have against me and not several separate claims.

If you need any more data from me to confirm my identity, please let me know as soon as possible. It may be helpful for you to know that data protection law requires you to respond to a request for data within one calendar month.

If you do not normally deal with these requests, please pass this letter to your Data Protection Officer, or relevant staff member. If you need advice on dealing with this request, the Information Commissioner’s Office can assist you. Its website is ico.org.uk, or it can be contacted on 0303 123 1113.

Don't prioritise the SAR. Do that in April sometime.

Defence is the priority and if this is DCBLegal then you just adapt the defence by Johny86 as I already advised:
You will be simply adapting the recent defence by @Johny86 - which will take you half an hour max.  Go there now.  That username is your link

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Have you shown us your paragraph 3 draft?

    This is what I wrote:

The facts as known to the Defendant:

    1. It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper and driver of the vehicle.

    2. The Defendant was a customer at McDonald’s and parked outside McDonald’s along with 2 passengers, for which at the time all 3 individuals including the Defendant had gone to eat at the restaurant, which was extremely busy on the day. The Defendant finished eating at McDonalds’s, waited to collect a take-out food order before returning to their vehicle.

    3. The Defendant avers that the Claimant failed to serve a Notice to Keeper compliant with the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012.

The other paragraphs are the standard ones from Johny86.

If you've admitted to being the driver in #1 and also in #2, why are you using #3?

They didn't send me a Notice to Keeper. If you look at my initial post, they only sent me the notification that I had overstayed which I appealed and heard nothing back until they sent me the letter from the lawyers. This was last year, I asked them for it but they never sent it.

But when you admit to driving, the POFA means nothing to you.  That POFA NTK point needs removing.

I take it what you've shown us is actually paragraph 2 then paragraph 3, despite your numbering?

Remove Johny's para 4 and re-number the rest.

I'd add to 3 that any breach is denied and no t&cs were seen or accepted.
