Can I suggest that you keep checking your MCOL Claim History and as soon as you see that the CCBC has sent a DQ to you, you are ready to download a DQ, complete it and fire it back at the CCBC, remembering to send a copy to the Claimant of course?

What does this mean?

Do you have a County Court Judgment (CCJ) against you?  'Set aside applications' are usually in relation to a CCJ.

I mean I went to check my MCOL history to see if a DQ has been sent. I'm taking a screenshot to show what I saw.

It's there for CCBC completion in the event of an application being made.  Just a standard page. Nothing to see.

Hello everyone, an update. I have received a letter from the lawyer asking me to pay a sum to settle the case. I do not want to give specifics as it would out me but what do I do next at this stage? I know this is just a stage in the process. Should I fill the DQ form now? Thanks in advance for your response
