Send one email to both the Court and the Claimant with a copy of your completed DQ attached.
That way there can be no 'discussion' about whether one party received it and the other didn't.

Yes, I meant to say date. 14th July is the date the letter states. I don't want to waste any time sending it in. However, I have noticed they have allocated the case to Northampton CCBC. I don't live there. Shouldn't it be allocated to the closest CCBC to the defendant? It's a company against an individual. I would appreciate your advice on this. Thank you.

There is only one County Court Business Centre covering the whole country.
Later in the process you'll get to choose the hearing court.

    No they haven't!

The DQ is so you can request a hearing in person at your local court, so just fill it in and email as advised!

Great, you were expecting that because bargepole's Court Procedures thread tells you about all stages.  Linked in the NEWBIES

No further advice for now. The letter is self-explanatory. A thorough re-read of the relevant section of the Newbies/FAQ thread will refresh any previous advice.

    Hello KeithP,
Sorry for the late response. I was away on a trip. Yes, the letter is self-explanatory. I wanted to find out if I should request for the information DCBL is relying on for their case now or wait till the allocation before I request for the information they would rely on. Thanks.
