I know this is just a stage in the processSo, just ignore it - the stage is already documented in the DCB Legal discontinuation thread.I do not want to give specifics as it would out meWho do you believe is remotely interested in 'outing' you, and what do you think they would do if they did 'out' you?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just re-read the first 12 steps in the Template Defence thread. It covers this letter.
Then re-read the IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN (red capitals heading) section in the NEWBIES thread which takes you through all stages.
Not that you need to know about hearing stage, as they'll discontinue at WS stage!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Even if they did find that needle in the haystack, what could they do with it, when every thread opened on this forum involving UKPC and DCB Legal almost inevitably runs through to discontinuation? 'Outing' you, or anyone else, is of little value to them.As far as the PM - more than content to oblige. You'll hear no more from me.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Hello all, update.
I have received another email from DCBL and they have informed me that they are going ahead and taking the case to court. They have also sent a copy of their client's DQ to me. I'm going to download the DQ and follow the instructions to complete it on post #2 as advised.0 -

NEXT .... a letter of discontinuation
It's the game they play so you play along6 -

Good day everyone, I hope you're all doing great. Update on my ongoing case with DCBL. I sent the DQ form as in #2 thread and sent it to the court and DCBL's solicitors. I heard nothing from them since April but received an email from court, after emailing to find out what was happening.
This is their response to me:
"Directions questionnaire will be issue to defendant once the claimant will enter intention to proceed in the case. As no intention to proceed was entered no action is requested from you. Please see attached a n180 form to have for when you will need to file it back."
What do I do now?
I have also checked the MCOL site, and it showed that the claimant submitted a DQ form on 27/6/23. They lifted the case stay on the same date.0 -

And when your MCOL Claim History tells you that a DQ has been sent to you, file and serve your completed DQ again.2 -
