The transfer out that was queued up for monday seems to have disappeared and so I have set up another one & have to wait until tomorrow to see if it works.

Spent 59 minutes waiting for my call to be picked up, at 60 minutes it timed out😖 Did manage to login early afternoon, but unable to actually do anything.0

I was just about to give up, again, and my call was answered. Later this afternoon I managed to log in although the system is running quite slowly.Whatever the cause of the problem - it must have been quite major. Although much better I think it will take time to get back to something more like normal.0

Withdrew some money to stick in the Yorkshire instead this afternoon, website did not load at all without a refresh from saved link, was v e r y slow from page to page. Either not up 100% yet, or an overload of logins since the outage.1

I have just logged in and the website was working at the normal speed for me. Hopefully it is now fixed.3

Once again my Coventry Loyalty Bond interest hasn’t gone into my NatWest current account. Supposed to be the last day of the month. Theoretically this gives them until midnight, but normally you would expect it overnight when banking is run, so it’s showing in the morning.
Anyone else not had theirs?0 -
I haven't had mine, but my experience with Coventry interest (both on easy access accounts and a Loyalty Bond) is that they always pay at the end of the last day, not at the start.1
