Its been down all day and interest has not been paid either they say on site "We’re making progress on restoring our services. We are sorry for the time it’s taking to do this and appreciate everyone’s patience as we get this sorted. We’re sorry for the inconvenience it is causing. "

The withdrawal that I was expecting today hasn't arrived either.

Seems to have been a problem for a few days now. If their systems are down, will the FPI I thought I'd transferred today be returned automatically to the originating bank?

(On my third user name, Bogof_OAP keeps saying invalid password).

Any progress on this today? Was expecting monthly interest from new 3% Bond end of July, but as it was a weekend thought might arrive yesterday or today but still nothing.

Latest update: Following disruption to Online Services on Monday, we’ve made good progress overnight and expect to have all services, including standing orders and direct debits, restored later this afternoon.  We’ll do this carefully but as fast as we can. We know this has been very disruptive & we’re very sorry for the inconvenience.

Hopefully includes payment of interest then, although they don’t state this.

That was my first thought, hacking.  I hope they’ve locked everything down if they have been.

    From their Twitter feed:

"I can confirm that we have not been hacked and that everyone's accounts are safe. We had an internal technical issue that caused disruption to our systems, we're aiming to have everything restored by the end of the day."
