Still no success on line and, almost lost count of number of telephone attempts, but waiting on hold for access by telephone now:  longest wait yet at 40 minutes.

I've already given up several times both on line and by telephone.  Surely they have to answer at some point.   I can hardly believe it but I am about to give up yet again:  This present call to Coventry has had me on hold for 57 minutes now.

I have monthly interest from one of my Coventry accounts paid into a current account and that has appeared - however, I can't log in to Coventry using chrome or safari - I checked with relative who has found the same.

Interest from my CBS accounts paid into my NA.
As I don't currently require access to CBS, I haven't tried.

Got as far as inputting code from text, then timed out on website. See they've put message on website asking not to phone unless urgent.

Which makes perfect sense. As they normally answer the phone in less than a minute, and people have been hanging on today for almost an hour, that shows how swamped they must be, and by implication, how many more people than normal must be trying to log in online.

Obviously many folk do have urgent enquiries, but I'm happy to give them a couple of days or more; outgoing payment received at another bank so that check no longer necessary.

3 days without access to online services/funds.

Will be looking to withdraw all funds once able to access.

Tried again, as I would like to withdraw some funds. Got a bit further, but same issue as @4justice2 - couldn't send a text code to me. I'll try again tomorrow.
