2. I mentioned this at the beginning of the thread that I appeal to on the parking firms website ( sorry lack of knowledge on my part how to handle it ). should I incorporate my appeal the WS or it is not necessary?

Hi,

Im in the process of producing the WS. 
I spoke to the land lord and where the gym located. i received the following email ( please refer to the attached email). however the gym is not providing me with any further information other than the attendance on the day of the PCN.
is it worth incorporating this email on my witness statement ?

What did Jack say when you forwarded him the gym's confirmation of your attendance?

i have already sent the attendance confirmation to jack. but they need the gym willingness to cancel and the gym is not giving that. that's the reality with Virgin Gyms.

Yes because it helps show you have tried to resolve the dispute and you did provide the attendance confirmation, which is all the gym would supply.

I'm drafting the WS using the suggested template. i have attached the section specific to my case.
could you please advice if any amendments needed. i have only one day before the cut off date for submission to the court by email.

Make sure you have the correct claimant in the heading.

This WS draft doesn't have a statement of truth and doesn't show us the second half - the standard points in aphex's WS including other exhibits (e.g. Excel v Wilkinson).

Is that to be added to the final version?  Good first section.

All exhibits come right at the end, after your statement of truth, signature and date.

Thanks coupen-map i have only attached a part of the WS as it has 40 pages. both items are included
