I am sure I said that the time is relevant when you ENTERED the car park to show the light levels, not when you left.  Also every paragraph requires a number.

i have emailed my defense in time. 

1. i got " AUTO RESPONSE DO NOT REPLY - CCBC AQ Acknowledgment" which i assume the reply i had to have according to your advice.
2. i got the following reply from BW legal.  Could you please advise as to what should with this?

Hi everyone 

Defence emiled on 15thAug 2022
1. i got " AUTO RESPONSE DO NOT REPLY - CCBC AQ Acknowledgment"  . im still waiting for DQ ( N180 form) however i have downloaded it but havent sent it yet.
2. i received following letter by post . could someone please advice on how to proceed before sending  DQ (N180)?
3. also I have received the above email on my previous post ,from BW legal

The CCBC has sent you a letter saying the Claimant has twenty eight days to consider your Defence.

What you don't know is when the CCBC sent a copy of your Defence to the Claimant. 

It follows from that that it is not known when the Claimant has to respond to the CCBC. 

Further, we don't know what delays there are in the CCBC that means they don't send you a Directions Questionnaire as promptly as you might like.

Can I suggest that you keep checking your MCOL Claim History and as soon as you see that the CCBC has sent a DQ to you, you are ready to download a DQ, complete it and fire it back to the CCBC, remembering to send a copy to the Claimant of course?

1. I have received following email ( posted again  ) from BW legal ( claimants solicitors ) a day after ( 16th Aug 2022) i file the defence. 
2. please advice if i should reply to BW legal email ?  (it was from disputeresolution@bwlegal.co.uk )
3. I checked MCOL,   DQ hasn't been sent yet.

I've emailed the Defence to CCBC and copied in parking firm's solicitors (BW legal) as advised. i received above email from BW legal a day after sending the defence.

Oh ignore that then. An automatic email.

Remember that defence is not your only job, so you do need to read the 12 first steps in the Template Defence first post so you don't have to come back and ask us about the fully expected solicitor's letter and the standard DQ N180.
