I must be missing something obvious, but how do you sign out of the Zopa app?
You'd think you'd just need to click 'Sign out', but if I do so it takes me to the 'Enter your passcode' screen???Stompa0 -

If you can see the passcode/login screen then you are logged out aren't you? Or should be. Just drag it away if you don't want it.
I'd guess you're auto logged out if you aren't using it anyway. Chase don't bother with such niceties as log out buttons afaik.

Thanks, I know you can do that. It just seems really odd that neither signing out nor pressing the back button (whilst on the 'Enter your passcode' screen) return you to the home screen.Rollinghome said:Stompa said:I must be missing something obvious, but how do you sign out of the Zopa app?

FWIW I did once get auto logged out after not using it for a while, but on another occasion it still hadn't done so after more than 10 minutes of inactivity.Stompa0 -
On some banking apps you can set the timeout to whatever you want, but not Zopa afaik. But you can't go back into the app I take it without entering the pin or fingerprint, so you're out. If you just swipe it away when open you're immediately logged out whether you've manually logged out or not. Log out of your phone if you want double protection and look after your phone.Stompa said:

How long does Zopa take to verify Chase current account as a linked account after uploading statement?0

Zopa (1.81%) beaten again by Al Rayan (1.90%).0

2% easy access might soon be around the corner.0

Has anyone linked multiple accounts? I tried to add both my starling and chase accounts, uploaded statements at the same time for verification but only starling has been approved.0

Mine took 2 days to just be rejected (address didn't match), then I waited 2 more days for it to be rejected once again (address apparently didn't match - even though it definitely does).TomDolan said:

I've been waiting 2 days since my 3rd attempt and just got an email saying they're overwhelmed and it will take 3 days. The chat staff aren't the brightest, struggle to understand simple English and don't have a clue what they're talking about (but worst of all they THINK they do! Presumably why they cannot be trusted with the difficult task of reading a bank statement) so it's not been the best experience!1
