anybody brought and tried the LG steam washing machine saw one in comet £599 which was £100 cheaper than currys?
I really like the sound of it but cannot find any reviews or reports apart from the sales team0 -
I have a Bosch and it is wonderful. The only thing i would say is that i can't use washing tablets . The machine throws them into the door. Apparently this is because the machine i have got doesn't use a lot of water. Good if you are on a water meter. If i had had the money i would have bought a Miele. I have been told they are the best. When life gives you a hundred reasons to cry, show life that you have a thousand reasons to smile0

We use to buy Hotpoint everything, after a faulty fridge and dishwasher I wouldn't buy them again.
I agree, I was always brand loyal to Hotpoint. My last washer was c**p, my fridge is also rubbish, you only have to look at it and it dents, I've had the engineers out so may times they're on my friends and family on the phone bill.
I've just got a Siemens washer and really love it, I can't believe the difference in build quality and performance.
I worked out that with the 5 year warranty, it worked out cheaper than buying budget machines. Also, if you buy less reliable makes, you've still got alot of inconvenience even if you replace them often.0 -

I've just bought a John Lewis own make as it comes with a 3 year guarantee (p&l) JL washing machines are made by Zanussi.
I got a couple of codes of here and got £50 off!!:beer:
It's a solid machine and i'm really happy with it, digital, automatic half load detector, delay time start and lots of programmes!

I have recently bought a Siemens too, decision influenced by the 5 year warrantee. I also love the quick 15 minute wash as majority of our clothes just need freshening up so a major timesaver.0

MY sexy Miele was £474 from ELECTRICAL 123. they delivered it next day too. It took 2 men to deliver it coz it weighs a tonne but its fab (so far!!)
The Hotpoint in my local electrical shop was £459 so figured it wasn't that expensive!:money: Martin Lewis Rocks!:money:0 -
We paid £520 for a Siemens which my OH thought excessive until he realised it came with a 10 year parts and labour guarantee which with a family gave great peace of mind.
