Just copy & adapt the WS bundle you see on their threads, adding your own facts and photos. Might take an hour or two, so crack on now!

no just talked to court and they havent filed it. court said i can send my witness statement and just indicate another one will follow as soon as possible and that they court will accept that as meeting the deadline0

You have until 16.00 so do your best to write a comprehensive WS backing up the fact that the PDT was covered up making it impossible to pay, if you did anything such as asking in store and get your passenger to write a WS supporting your contention that the PDT was out of service.2
